Within the limits of the well known concept of dissipative structures in the open unbalanced dynamic systems effects of background acoustic resonance regulation of their self-organization are considered. Some other actual geo-engineering aspects of regulation and impact problems, possible ways of their solution or transfer into practical aspect, in particular algorithms and technologies of influence and regulation are analyzed. |
