Description
Summary:Brief review of recent works, dedicated to problems of fractal media electrodynamics and important from the viewpoint of geo-electric applications has been given. Results related to the studies of the wave processes in fractal structures when the fractal is a medium of propagation as well as of generation and dispersion of waves by fractal structures have been produced. It has been accentuated that fractal systems possess higher emitting parameters than solid continual media. It has been noticed that fractals, fractional operators and scaling are useful instruments adapted to the demands of geo-electric practice. Generality of mechanisms of generation and propagation of seismic-acoustic and electromagnetic noises of lithosphere genesis, which accompanies transitional fractal processes in geo-medium has been stressed.
