| description | The condition and ways of the decision of the basic problems of modern petroleum geology in the field of recovery of resources of hydrocarbon and searches of oil and gas fields are discussed. Problems of efficiency, strategy and methodology of searches of oil and gas, carried out since times of an oil fever of XIX century based on a dominating hypothesis of sedimentary-migration origin of oil are considered. The crisis condition and prospects of development of a Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia connected with development of the Arctic shelf and difficult-to-extract resources of «shale oil» has been shown. Alternatives to «shale oil scenario» developments of Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia are discussed. They are reduced to necessity of change settled its resource of development of sedimentary-migration paradigm of Petroleum Geology based on the theory of organic (biotic) origin of oil and gas on its antagonistic-alternative deep oil paradigm, based on the theory of inorganic (mineral), inorganic-mantle origins of hydrocarbons.In the network of the development of the ideas of the great scientists-educators of the XX century Kudryavtsev-Porfiryev-Kropotkin in Russia since 2011 a scientific revolution to change the organic paradigm of petroleum geology on the deep paradigm has been carried out. The project «Deep oil» is being implemented, which is considered as the implementation in practice of the ideas of the deep paradigm based on the theory of inorganic (mineral), abiogenic-mantle origin of hydrocarbons, as the concept of minimizing the negative consequences of western sanctions restrictions in the field of fuel and energy of Russia due to the advanced growth of the resource base and stabilization of oil production from its possible fall in the territories of economic activity of the oil companies of Russia, working in the «old areas» of oil production in the European part of the country, Western Siberia and other traditional and new areas of oil and gas production.Brief information about the project «Deep oil» and its information support is given. |

Обсуждены состояние и пути решения основных проблем современной нефтегазовой геологии в области пополнения ресурсов углеводородного сырья и поисков залежей нефти и газа. Рассмотрены вопросы эффективности, стратегии и методологии поисков нефти и газа, решаются со времен нефтяной лихорадки XIX в. на основании господствующей гипотезы осадочно-миграционного происхождения нефти. Показано кризисное состояние и перспективы развития топливно-энергетического комплекса России, связанного с освоением арктического шельфа и трудноизвлекаемых ресурсов «сланцевой нефти». Приведены альтернативы «сланцевом сценария» развития топливно-энергетического комплекса России. Они сводятся к необходимости изменения осадочно-миграционной парадигмы нефтегазовой геологии, основывалась на теории органического (биогенного) происхождения нефти и газа и исчерпала свой ресурс развития, на ее антагонистически-альтернативную глубинную парадигму на основе теории неорганического (минерального), абиогенный-мантийного происхождения углеводородов .В рамках развития идей великих ученых-просветителей XX в. Кудрявцева-Порфирьева-Кропоткин в России с 2011 г.. Происходит научная революция по изменению органической парадигмы нефтегазовой геологии на глубинную. Реализуют проект «Глубинная нефть», который рассматривает осуществление на практике идей глубинной парадигмы, основанной на теории неорганического (минерального), абиогенный-мантийного происхождения углеводородов, как концепции минимизации негативных последствий западных санкционных ограничений в области топливно-энергетического коплекса России за счет опережающего роста ресурсной базы и стабилизации добычи нефти от возможного ее падения на территориях хозяйственной деятельности нефтяных компаний России, работающих в «старых районах» нефтедобычи европейской части страны, Западной Сибири и других традиционных и новых районах нефтегазодобычи. Приведены сведения о проекте «Глубинная нефть» и его информационное обеспечение. Обговорено стан і шляхи розв’язання основних проблем сучасної нафтогазової геології у галузі поповнення ресурсів вуглеводневої сировини і пошуків покладів нафти і газу. Розглянуто питання ефективності, стратегії і методології пошуків нафти і газу, що вирішуються з часів нафтової лихоманки XIX ст. на підставі панівної гіпотези осадово-міграційного походження нафти. Показано кризовий стан і перспективи розвитку паливно-енергетичного комплексу Росії, пов’язаного з освоєнням арктичного шельфу і важковидобувних ресурсів «сланцевої нафти». Наведено альтернативи «сланцевому сценарію» розвитку паливно-енергетичного комплексу Росії. Вони зводяться до необхідності зміни осадово-міграційної парадигми нафтогазової геології, що ґрунтувалась на теорії органічного (біогенного) походження нафти і газу й вичерпала свій ресурс розвитку, на її антагоністично-альтернативну глибинну парадигму на засадах теорії неорганічного (мінерального), абіогенно-мантійного походження вуглеводнів.У межах розвитку ідей великих учених-просвітителів XX ст. Кудрявцева—Порфир’єва—Кропоткіна в Росії з 2011 р. відбувається наукова революція щодо зміни органічної парадигми нафтогазової геології на глибинну. Реалізують проект «Глибинна нафта», який розглядає здійснення на практиці ідей глибинної парадигми, заснованої на теорії неорганічного (мінерального), абіогенно-мантійного походження вуглеводнів, як концепції мінімізації негативних наслідків західних санкційних обмежень у галузі паливно-енергетичного коплексу Росії за рахунок випереджаючого зростання ресурсної бази та стабілізації видобутку нафти від можливого її падіння на територіях господарської діяльності нафтових компаній Росії, що працюють у «старих районах» нафтовидобутку європейської частини країни, Західного Сибіру та інших традиційних і нових районах нафтогазовидобутку.
