Description
Summary:We consider the results of processing of field geoelectric surveys of the Dniprogeofizyka State Geological Survey using additional differential characteristics of potential fields in the territory adjacent to the city of Kryvyi Rih from the south. It is proposed to use analogues of the total gradient and curvature of the apparent resistivity when analysing measurements by the vertical electrical sounding method. These characteristics significantly help in studying the structure of the geological environment (uplifts, depressions, strata boundaries, fault zones) and the magnitude of groundwater mineralisation. Differential characteristics can significantly increase the efficiency of identification and localisation of waterlogged rock masses by mineralised groundwater in the territory of Kryvbas.
