| description | Sustainable functioning of the energy sector of Ukraine is one of the most important component of national security and energy independence. Energy and fuel sector of the economy is the most inertia , capital-intensive and knowledge-based structure, particular importance stayed problems of qualified and objective analysis of its real technical condition and systems prognostication of changing conditions of the energy needs in order to create long-term strategy of development of basic components , including energy machine building. In this regard, scientific, technical, and organizational issues of the modernization program of power engineering complex to provide energy in Ukraine by reliable and economical domestic equipments have been considered.On the basis of summarizing the results of basic research in the field of thermo-and-gas dynamics, thermal physics, problems of strength and reliability of the equipment and modern applied development in the field of design of more advanced equipment models has been formed the conceptual approaches to the problem of renewal of energy equipment and transfer of efficient technologies in production energy machine building sphere.The concept, which was developed of innovative modernization of generating equipment based on the latest achievements of modern science and technology, includes the entire set of studies of the life cycle of main power equipment with history of its creation and operation features, which allows an assessment of the actual technical state of each individual unit at the time of decision on the withdrawal of its commissioning or carrying out renovations on a modern technological basis.Pooling of the power machine-building enterprises in the energy holding can provide a solution to the problems associated with the development of innovative scientific and technological power machine-building complex of Ukraine and the preservation of its competitive capacity on the world market have been shown. |

Рассмотрены научно-технические и организационные вопросы реализации программы модернизации энергомашиностроительного комплекса с целью обеспечения энергетики Украины надежной и эффективной отечественной техникой. Показано, что объединение усилий энергомашиностроительных предприятий в рамках энергохолдинга способно обеспечить решение проблем, связанных с инновационным развитием научно-технического потенциала энергомашиностроительного комплекса Украины и сохранением его конкурентоспособности на мировом рынке. Розглянуто науково-технічні й організаційні питання реалізації програми модернізації енергомашинобудівного комплексу з метою забезпечення енергетики України надійною й ефективною вітчизняною технікою.
