The worked out technique is tested using published data of tests with the real exhoust hood of powerful steam turbine. Project data is presented about desined with application of offered technique the exhoust hood for the modernized steam turbine K-175/180-12,8, having three-stage low pressure cylinder and basement location of condenser. Рассматриваются возможности применения современных методов вычислительной гидродинамики (использован пакет ANSYS CFX -11), позволяющих на основе анализа трехмерного течения проектировать эффективные выходные патрубки (ВП). Разработанная методика подробно тестирована по опубликованным данным натурных испытаний ВП мощных паровых турбин. Приведены проектные данные о течении в спроектированном по предлагаемой методике ВП для модернизированной паровой турбины К - 175/180 - 12,8, имеющей трехступенчатый ЦНД и подвальное расположение конденсатора. Розглядаються можливості застосування сучасних методів обчислювальної гідродинаміки (використано пакет ANSYS CFX-11), що дозволяють на основі аналізу тривимірної течії проектувати ефективні вихідні патрубки (ВП) Розроблена методика детально протестована за опублікованими даними натурних випробувань ВП потужних парових турбін. Наведено проектні дані щодо течії в спроектованому за методикою, що пропонується, ВП для модернізованої парової турбіни К-175/180-12,8, яка має триступеневий циліндр низького тиску та підвальне розташування конденсатора.
