Днепр под названием Олешковские Пески, представляет собой кольцевую структуру диаметром18 кмс равнинной центральной частью, ограниченной поднятым валом. На основании особенностей морфологии и некоторых геологических и геофизических данных она предварительно диагностирована как возможная импактная структура. Піщаний масив у нижній течії р. Дніпро, що має назву Олешківські Піски, являє собою кільцеву структуру діаметром18 кмз рівнинною центральною частиною, яка обмежена піднятим валом. На підставі особливостей морфології та деяких геологічних і геофізичних даних вона попередньо діагностована як можлива імпактна структура.
