Description
Summary:The theoretical and methodical foundations in the study of moisture and temperature conditions of cave air and surrounding soils, which involve the recent conceptions about elementary volumes and times competent for the examined surroundings, so called empirical corrections to efficiency concerning to geometrical characteristics of heterogenic soils are represented. The primary physic-chemical models of moisture balance and momentum conservation as well as heat balance needed for practical study with respect to laminar and convective fluxes in cave air are presented. The moisture movement and heat conduction laws together with the suitable mass-heat transfer coefficients are recommended for application. The similarity criteria aimed to simplify the investigated processes are proposed.
