 The author considers the results of paleovolcanic reconstructions of the Early Vendian basalt formations of Volyn (geographic region of Ukraine) which were made using the analysis data on their composition and interpretation of these data from the viewpoint of actualism. The author makes conclusions about the primary nature of tectonic-magmatic structures, volb canic centers and structures of various types and ranks, their structural positions and relab tions. The main stages of the Early Vendian tectonic and magmatic activation are characterib zed as well the inherited sources of volcanogenic and sedimentary material, basins of its accumulation. Many features of the Volyn's paleovolcanic landscape are determined.
