Geological journal| Резюме: | The work outlines most significant scientific achievements of the Department of Geology of Oil and Gas of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine during 1984–2018. Studying the geological structure regarding the oil and gas content of the sedimentary basins of Ukraine, researching the ontogenesis (sources of the general, migration routes, accumulation zones) of hydrocarbons, scientific forecasting of the resource potential of the territory- of Ukraine are main aspects of the work. Main achievements regarding the theoretical problems arising from geological and geophysical research have been summarised. Most significant directions regarding the oil and gas development in Ukraine have been identified. |
