Резюме:The study presents results of contamination materials content in landscape soils of protected areas on the example of National Nature Park “Nyzhnyosulskyi”. Using landscape and geochemical research methods, analytical and mapping methods enabled obtaining and analyzing data on chemical elements gross content (nickel, cobalt, zinc, vanadium, plumbum, chromium, cuprum). Analysis of heavy metals content in landscape complexes of National Nature Park “Nyzhnyosulskyi” proved its dependence on existing sources of technogenic contamination, as well as high degree of its heavy metals distribution character in correlation to general regularities of these processes in soils of the corresponding types.  Research results demonstrate that within one type of soil the distribution of heavy metals is even and dispersed, though content fluctuation of some of heavy metals may vary between ±7% and ±25-35%. Biogenic microelements as manganese and cuprum showed the highest ability towards accumulation. The exceed level concentration of cadmium, cuprum and plumbum was identified, comparison with the norms of the maximum permissible concentration. Selected testing samples for heavy metals content have indicated that the Sulyn Bay is located in an unsatisfactory ecological condition; at the time of the study, areas of man-made pollution were identified. According to the results of landscape and geochemical analysis of National Nature Park “Nyzhnyosulskyi”, it can be confirmed that its territory, from the ecological perspective, is contaminated weakly, and may be used for recreational activities while meeting a range of requirements. The results of the research have been introduced into practice of National Nature Park “Nyzhnyosulskyi” in organizing and conducting research work, for planning tourist and recreational activities, forming tourist routes, and organizing recreational infrastructure. The concepts of landscape-geochemical studies are used by the management of National Nature Park “Nyzhnyosulskyi” in the course of changing the functional zoning in the “Project of Organization” of its territory, planning pollution monitoring, quality assessment and geochemical assessment of soils.
