Summary:It has been suggested the formula for the reliable estimate of the generalized non-linear relation between the volumetric moisture content and the suction pressure into moist unsaturated – saturated soil ground, which based on granulometric and mineral compositions of sediments with regard to that each j – fractional composition is attributed to the proper capillary pores stipulated the overpressure of porous moisture. Case study of such recommended relation proves its reliability (validity) according to the proposed features (criteria) as well as the efficiency of its application in correspondence with the developing conception for the optimistic and pessimistic decisions.
