Measures for preserve historical and of architectural monuments Kiev-Pechersk Lavra were proposed. Приведены результаты мониторинга как инженерно-геологических, гидрогеологических процессов на территории заповедника Киево-Печерской Лавры, так и состояния зданий и сооружений за период 1985-2014 гг. Проанализированы основные типы техногенной нагрузки, влияющие на устойчивость сооружений и приводящие к их деформациям. Предложены меры по сохранению историко-архитектурных памятников Киево-Печерской Лавры. Наведені результати моніторингу як інженерно-геологічних, гідрогеологічних процесів на території заповідника Києво-Печерської Лаври, так і стану будинків та споруд за період 1985-2014 рр. Проаналізовані основні техногенні навантаження, що впливають на стійкість споруд і призводять до їх деформацій. Запропоновані заходи щодо збереження історико- архітектурних пам’яток Києва-Печерської Лаври.
