New mathematical models and methods of noise signals processing are developed. Simulation of the communication system was carried out in Simulink. Проведено моделювання системи зв’язку з застосуванням шумових сигналів при модуляції параметрів негаусових випадкових процесів. Синтезовані алгоритмів обробки шумових сигналів при застосуванні поліноміальних розв’язувальних правил, оптимальних по моментному критерію якості верхніх границь ймовірності помилок. Запропоновані нові математичні моделі шумових сигналів, розроблені методи та алгоритми їх обробки.
