Сублинейные обратные ВАХ толстых пленочных структур на основе CdTe
Создана пленочная структура с базой из p-CdTe (w = 120 μm), имеющей с двух сторон МОП-элементы: фронтальный Al-n-Al₂O₃-p-CdTe и тыловой Mo-n-MoO3-p-CdTe. При включении такой структуры в обратном направлении тока появляется протяженный сублинейный участок (СУ) на вольтамперной характеристике (ВАХ). М...
