Статья посвящена исследованию последствий, определяющих уголовно-
правовое содержание элемента состава преступления. Исследуется
специфическое уголовно-правовое содержание систематизации последствий по
действующему уголовному законодательству Украины. Рассматриваются
основные аспекты нормативного закрепления такой системы последствий.
