Raman spectroscopy of BN and BxNyCz structures formed in an optical furnace without catalysts

Results of Raman spectroscopy investigations of boron nitride (BN) whiskers, BN and BxNyCz coatings produced in optical furnace without catalysts as well initial h-BN for comparison are presented.
