Представлено результати мас-спектрометричних досліджень плазми ВЧ-розряду в керованих магнітних
полях. Розряд проводився в чистих галогеновмісних газах і в суміші з киснем. Досліджено еволюцію
основних компонентів плазми від вмісту кисню.
