Digital Library of Periodicals of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine| Summary: | Low-temperature thermodynamic properties of two-dimensional electron ensemble on ordered and disordered host-lattice is studied numerically by transfer-matrixes method. It is shown that at low temperatures and weak disordering of host-lattice sites positions change in chemical potential leads to successive transitions of the system from ordered phases (like generalized Wigner crystal) to disordered states. The ranges of stability of these crystals as the function of temperature, chemical potential and disorder parameter are established.
