Reflection loss minimization for a ZnO/CdS/CuInSe₂ photovoltaic cell
A photovoltaic cell, based on copper and indium selenide (CuInSe₂) thin layers, with a good efficiency can be achieved by simple, easy to implement and low cost techniques.
