The frequency dependencies of relative efficiency of the Lamb modes excitation using two geometrical versions: symmetrical - with two piezoelectric transducers, and antisymmetrical - with one piezoelectric transducer, have been studied. Possible applications of studied waves including ultrasonic treatment of semiconductors have been discussed.
