Розглядається квантово-статистична задача хемосорбцiї атома з
водневоподiбною електронною структурою на кристалiчних поверхнях напiвпровiдникiв та дiелектрикiв. Поверхневi стани описуються
наближенням сильного зв’язку. В наближеннi Хартрi-Фока отримано самоузгоджену систему рiвнянь для розрахунку величини зарядового та спiн-поляризованого станiв адсорбованого атома.
