Получено уравнение для преобразования Стилтьеса нормированного распределения сингулярных чисел несимметричных случайных бэнд-матриц в пределе, когда ширина полосы и размерность матриц одновременно стремятся к бесконечности. Найдены условия, при которых этот предел согласуется с четверть-круговым законом. Также рассмотрен интересный частный случай нижне-треугольных случайных матриц и приведены определенные свойства соответствующего предельного распределения сингулярных чисел.
