Influence of doping methods and Nd³⁺ concentration on the formation of dipole and activator centers in PbMoO₄:Nd³⁺ and PbWO₄:Nd³⁺ crystals
Equivalent curcuits were used to study peculiarities of polarization processes in PbMoO₄:Nd³⁺ and PbWO₄:Nd³⁺ crystals depending on a doping method.
