The interdiffusion coefficients for EuS —PbS , EuS —PbSe , EuS —SrS superlattices were determined basing on change of the intensity of near-Bragg reflection satellites in X-ray diffraction pattern. There are no layer intermixing in EuS —PbTe superlattice was observed.
