Стаття узагальнює останнi експериментальнi та теоретичнi дослiдження, проведенi в наших лабораторiях, щодо пояснення властивостей колоїдних суспензiй в обмежених об’ємах, зокрема колоїдних
плiвок. У статтi представлено результати статистико-механiчного
моделювання експериментальних спостережень процесу звуження
плiвок, утворених одно- та двокомпонентними колоїдними суспензiями. Детально обговорюється вплив розмiрiв колоїдних частинок
на розподiл локальної густини у плiвках та їх стабiльнiсть.
