Ця робота присвячена дослiдженню фазового переходу в монокристалах телуриту вiсмуту методом високотемпературного рентгеноструктурного аналiзу. Виявленi стрибкоподiбнi змiни параметрiв комiрки при 805 ◦С. Виходячи з отриманих даних, можна казати, що у телуритi вiсмуту має мiсце фазовий перехiд 1-го роду.
