Electronic structure of PbSnS₃ and PbGeS₃ semiconductor compounds with the mixed cation coordination
The self-consistent band structure calculation of PbSnS₃ and PbGeS₃ ternary compounds with the mixed cation coordination was performed using the ab initio density functional theory method.
