Polar magneto-optical Kerr effect studies of interlayer exchange coupling in Fe/Tb bilayers and Fe/Au/Tb trilayers
Interlayer exchange coupling was studied. The investigations were carried out on bilayer (Fe/Tb) and trilayer (Fe/Au/Tb) ultrathin film structures.
