In the second part, we discuss some recent developments that appeared out of equilibrium, such as fluctuation theorem and Jarzynski equality Arnaldo Donoso, Bertrando Berches, Ricardo Paredes, and all the people who made Mochima spring/summer school possible are all gratefully acknowledged.
