Features of super-plastic irreversible deformation of samples were observed. Anomalous temperature dependence of deformation parameters has been found. The character of this anomaly exhibits evidence of the coherent motion of dislocation kinks in Pierls relief, modified by residual ortho- and deuterium impurities.
