У роботі представлений теоретичний аналіз шумових характеристик та спотворень стробоскопічного перетворювача з полосою пропускання 1 ГГц та чутливістю 1 мВ, побудованого за мостовою діодною схемою. В работе представлен теоретический анализ шумовых характеристик и искажений стробоскопического преобразователя с полосой пропускания 1 ГГц и чувствительностью 1 мВ, построенного по мостовой диодной схеме. Приведены результаты тестовых измерений макета преобразователя.
У роботі представлений теоретичний аналіз шумових характеристик та спотворень стробоскопічного перетворювача з полосою пропускання 1 ГГц та чутливістю 1 мВ, побудованого за мостовою діодною схемою. Наведено результати тестових вимірювань, проведених за допомогою макета перетворювача.
