Рассмотрены подходы различных ученых к определению экономических категорий «инвестиции» и «инвестиционная активность» и дано собственное определение. Проведен анализ динамики поступления инвестиций по источникам финансирования в 2010-2015 гг. Исследована структура капитальных инвестиций по видам промышленной деятельности.
In article the economic essence of the concept of "investment" and "investment activity". Outlines the basic methods of investment activity, the dynamics of investment in Ukraine. Reveals the factors that affect investment activity. In the modern understanding, investments are all kinds of financial, material and other values invested by investors in business facilities and other activities with the aim of generating income. The main criterion for assessing the investment component of a company's economic growth is investment activity, which is a combination of economic relations that reflect the effectiveness of the processes of formation and use of own and borrowed capital to achieve strategic development goals. Investment activity, being an economic category and an important economic indicator, has a significant impact on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the enterprise, however, in the economic literature, the term "investment activity" does not have an accurate and comprehensive definition. The analysis of the investment activity of an enterprise should be based on the formulation of its objectives. The content of the category "investment activity", which allows us to clarify the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the company's investment activities.
