It was found that the sample obtained by precipitation previously prepared iron oxalate on the surface of BHA microspheres has a greater adsorption activity than the sample obtained by including BHA directly in the process of obtaining iron oxalate (300 and 175 mg/g respectively). However, due to the difference in porosity, they are capable to hold a different amount of the injected antibiotic mass: 6 mass.% - for material obtained by physico-mechanical method and 10 mass.% - for the sample obtained by chemical method.
