The minimum of resistivity has been shown to be directly related with the presence of chromium and to be of magnetic nature. Исследованы температурные зависимости электрического сопротивления металлических стекол Со₆₅.₅Ме₆.₅(Si,B)₂₈ (Ме = Fе, Сr) в интервале 300-950 К. Обнаружены особенности поведения электросопротивления ρ(Т) в определенных температурных интервалах. Показано, что минимум электросопротивления непосредственно зависит от наличия примесей хрома и имеет магнитную природу. Дослiджено температурнi залежностi електричного опору металiчних стекол Со₆₅.₅Ме₆.₅(Si,B)₂₈ (Ме = Fе, Сr) в iнтервалi 300-950 К. Виявлено особливостi поведiнки електроопору ρ(Т) в певних температурних iнтервалах. Показано, що мiнiмум електроопору беспосередньо залежить вiд наявностi домiшки хрому i має магнiтне походження.

Temperature dependences of electric resistivity have been investigated in 300-950 К temperature range for Со₆₅.₅Ме₆.₅(Si,B)₂₈ metallic glasses (Ме = Fе, Сr). Several characteristic temperature intervals have been distinguished in ρ(Т) dependences. The minimum of resistivity has been shown to be directly related with the presence of chromium and to be of magnetic nature.
Исследованы температурные зависимости электрического сопротивления металлических стекол Со₆₅.₅Ме₆.₅(Si,B)₂₈ (Ме = Fе, Сr) в интервале 300-950 К. Обнаружены особенности поведения электросопротивления ρ(Т) в определенных температурных интервалах. Показано, что минимум электросопротивления непосредственно зависит от наличия примесей хрома и имеет магнитную природу.
Дослiджено температурнi залежностi електричного опору металiчних стекол Со₆₅.₅Ме₆.₅(Si,B)₂₈ (Ме = Fе, Сr) в iнтервалi 300-950 К. Виявлено особливостi поведiнки електроопору ρ(Т) в певних температурних iнтервалах. Показано, що мiнiмум електроопору беспосередньо залежить вiд наявностi домiшки хрому i має магнiтне походження.
