The oxygen content reduction from δ ≤ 0.1 to δ ≈ 0.23 has been shown to result in a substantial broadening of the temperature interval where the excess conductivity takes place. The εc(0) value increases more than twice and the 2D-3D crossover point is shifted in temperature. Дослiджено еволюцiю надлишкової провiдностi монокристалiв Y₁Ba₂Cu₃O₇-δ при поетапному видаленнi кисню шляхом термообробки. Отримано концентрацiйну залежнiсть довжини когерентностi у напрямку осi с εc(0) вiд вмiсту кисню. Показано, що зменшення вмiсту кисню вiд δ ≤ 0.1 to δ ≈ 0.23 зумовлює значне розширення температурного iнтервалу iснування надлишкової провiдностi. При цьому величина εc(0) збiльшується бiльш нiж у два рази та змiщується за температурою точка 2D-3D кросоверу. Исследована эволюция избыточной проводимости монокристаллов Y₁Ba₂Cu₃O₇-δ при поэтапном удалении кислорода путем термообработки. Получена концентрационная зависимость длины когерентности в направлении оси с εc(0) от содержания кислорода. Показано, что понижение содержания кислорода от δ ≤ 0.1 to δ ≈ 0.23 приводит к значительному расширению температурного интервала существования избыточной проводимости.
