The aim of this review was searching for new approaches in ALF preventions and control after liver resections. ALF determination and scale ISGLS (Rahbari N.N. et al., 2015) will be applied in future research, aiming to standardize surgical complications in postoperative period and to be able to provide stratified comparison of immediate results of studies with liver resections conducting. Alongside this investigation of physiological alterations in the tissues of operated liver of oncologic patients will allow in the future to improuve algorithms of ALF diagnostics and management. Незважаючи на впровадження в клінічну практику результатів вивчення функціональних резервів печінки із застосуванням принципів волюметрії та розрахунку об’єму майбутньої залишкової культі цього органа, так само як і застосування емболізації ворітної вени чи асоційованого розділення печінки та лікування ворітної вени, гостра печінкова недостатність (ГПН) залишається основною причиною ускладнень і смертності хворих в післяопераційний період. Метою огляду був аналіз нових підходів до профілактики ГПН та її контролю. Запропоноване визначення ГПН і шкала ISGLS (Rahbari N.N. et al., 2015) будуть використані у майбутніх дослідженнях з метою стандартизації хірургічних ускладнень у післяопераційний період та можливого стратифікованого порівняння безпосередніх результатів досліджень із виконанням резекції печінки. Вивчення фізіологічних змін у тканинах оперованої печінки хворих онкологічного профілю дозволить покращити алгоритми діагностики та управління ГПН. en Інститут експериментальної патології, онкології і радіобіології ім.
