It is shown that at a temperature smaller than some critical value, a significant growth of a diffusion coefficient is observed in porous materials.
Створено нелiнiйну теорiю дифузiї домiшок у поруватих матерiалах пiсля ультразвукової обробки. Показано, що при певному значеннi амплiтуди деформацiї, середньої концентрацiї вакансiй та температури в
результатi впливу ультразвуку можливе формування нанокластерiв вакансiй та їх перiодичних утворень
в поруватих матерiалах. Показано, що при температурi, меншiй за деяке критичне значення, у поруватих
структурах спостерiгається значне зростання коефiцiєнта дифузiї.
