Проанализированы современные данные, касающиеся структуры и биологических функций α-1-кислого гликопротеина. Особое внимание уделено изменению фукозилированности, сиалированности и разветвленности гликанов орозомукоида при остром и хроническом воспалении, а также онкотранс- формации.
