З метою наукового аналізу та формування цілісного розуміння факторів і
 передумов, які сприяють розбудові інклюзивного суспільства та забезпеченню рівних можливостей для всіх у контексті гендерної рівності на ринку праці, автори дослідили особливості гендерних аспектів вибору спеціальностей для здобуття вищої освіти та подальшого працевлаштування у
 високотехнологічних і наукомістких сферах діяльності (knowledge-intensive
 activities) з високим рівнем оплати праці. Мета дослідження полягала в
 тому, щоб з'ясувати фактори впливу на відмову жінок від вибору ІТ-спеціалізації; визначити напрями забезпечення рівних можливостей для жінок у STEM-галузях з метою досягнення нової якості економічного зростання; проаналізувати чинники, які впливають на вибір професій серед жінок; окреслити шляхи вдосконалення гендерної політики в Україні. The article outlines the main results of the first year of the study titled “Inclusiveness as a key aspect of creating the
 fundamentals for a new quality of economic growth in Ukraine”. For the purpose of scientific analysis and formation of
 holistic understanding of inclusiveness as the key priority of creating the basis for a new quality of economic growth in
 Ukraine, the authors explore the peculiarities of inclusive economic development, as well as the possibilities of its achievement
 in countries with different levels of socioeconomic development. The key directions of economic growth are defined
 in accordance with the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG); the stages of SDG implementation are defined
 within the framework of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine as a prerequisite for the achievement
 of the goals of inclusive development; the goal of sustainable development, which has the greatest potential for the
 formation of inclusive society in Ukraine, is substantiated.
