Наведемо деякі достатні умови лінійної асимптотичної рівноваги лінійних диференціальних рівнянь у гільбертовому та банаховому просторах. Одержані результати застосовано для дослідження асимптотичної еквівалентності двох лінійних диференціальних рівнянь.
