Вивчаються нєчіткі функціонально-диференціальні рівняння з неперервною правою частиною. Доведено існування та єдиність розв'язку за умов дисипативного типу. Встановлено неперервну залежність розв'язку від початкових умов. Також розглянуто питання про існування розв'язку на нескінченному інтервалі та його стійкість.
