Materials science aspects of FePt-based thin films’ formation
The goal of this review is consideration of basic physical and materials science approaches for providing predefined properties of nanosize thin FePtbased films. Achievement of such properties is required for the industrial application of these materials as magnetic ultrahighdensity recording media....
