This system evolved in the 4th - 5th centuries generating different types of treaties with various military-political consequences. The system of treaty relations (Phoederatism) determined the political fate of Western Roman Empire and influenced the formation of barbarian enclaves in the Empire, socio-economic and political processes in them, which brought to the formation of barbarian kingdoms and pro-feudal states in Western Europe. ru Кримське відділення Інституту сходознавства ім.
