The works of V.V.Lapin were basic [1966; 1971; 1975; 1978]. A.S.Rusyajeva, S.d.Kryzhitsky, N.A.Leipunskaya, V.V.Ruban, V.M.Otreshko, etc. have made an important contribution into studying and working out of different aspects of ancient polis and its chora in the Lower Bug area. As the result, two monographic researches devoted to the rural neighbourhood [Kryzhitsky, 1089; Kryzhitsky in 1980]. The conception, according to which early ancient chora in the Lower Bug area passed three main stages of evolution has been developed in the article.
