The example of effective working process is based on the analysis of few Ukrainian private companies from September 2009 to June 2010; it is shown that the workload cyclic change usage allows to compensate the workers psychical rigidity effect. An educational example is based on the seminar process in Kyiv International University; it is shown that it has to be formed according to the relevant increase of the complication s linear trend with the cycles usage.

based on the analysis of few Ukrainian private companies from September 2009 to June 2010; it is
shown that the workload cyclic change usage allows to compensate the workers psychical rigidity
effect. An educational example is based on the seminar process in Kyiv International University; it
is shown that it has to be formed according to the relevant increase of the complication s linear
trend with the cycles usage.
