Low temperature spin-glass magnetic behavior of Ce₃Pd₂₀Ge₆

Unusual magnetic behavior observed in Ce₃Pd₂₀Ge₆ is discussed within the framework of the "molecular magnetism" model which predicts a frustration of exchange interactions.
