The article considers the state of the theory of global evolutionism (TGE) in terms of its invariants. Creation TGE supposes
 the searching of such properties of the evolving systems which are characteristic for all systems regardless of level of their
 structural-functional organization, i.e. evolutional invariants — general mechanisms of evolution and parameters (highquality and quantitative) of its characterizing. It becomes fi rmly established that TGE able to enrich theory of biological
 evolution (TBE). And, vice versa, the use of heuristic possibilities of TBE is possible for the decision of problems TGE.
 It is assumed that synergetics, general system theory of the systems and memetics as metascientifi c disciplines can form
 basis TGE.
