Встановлено, що в цьому випадку алгебра Пуассона P містить такий скінченновимірний ідеал K, що P/K нільпотентна (абелева). Більше того, якщо n-й гіперцентр алгебри Пуассона P над деяким полем має скінченну ковимірність і P не містить дільників нуля, то P абелева.
