Проаналізовані правові підстави набуття ними дворянських прав та висвітлено життєвий шлях найвідоміших представників родини ХІХ ст. Встановлено, що у зв’язку з судовою реформою гетьмана К. Розумовського представники родини Костенецьких увійшли до складу шляхетства новостворених Ніжинського і Батуринського повітів. Після ліквідації Української козацької держави вони були включені до родовідних книг дворянства Новгород-Сіверського намісництва і посідали чільне місце у складі дворянства Конотопського повіту. У першій половині ХІХ ст. більшість представників роду Костенецьких зуміли довести перед Герольдією свої права на дворянство, а відтак були включені до складу Родовідної книги дворянства Чернігівської губернії. In the article the process of nobleza and integration to the environment of the Russian nobility of representatives of petty cossack-officer family of Коstenets’ky in the end XVIII – first half of XIX of century is examined. Legal grounds of acquisition by them nobiliary rights is analysed and the course of life of the known representatives of family of ХІХ of century is reflected. It is established that in connection with judicial reform of hetman К. Rozumovs’kyi the representatives of family of Коstenets’ky entered in the complement of noble of accrued Nizhyn and Baturyn of districts. After the liquidation of the Ukrainian Cossack state they were included in the genealogical books of the nobility of Novhorod-Sivers’ky Viceroyalty and occupied a prominent place in the composition of the nobility of Konotop district. Individual members of the family Kostenets’ky played a prominent role in public and political life of the Russian Empire of the XIX century. In particular, general V. Kostenets’ky distinguished himself in the hostilities against the Ottoman Empire and Napoleonic France in the Patriotic war of 1812. Y. Kostenets’ky in his younger years was a member of an illegal secret society, after its exposure was on service in the army in the Caucasus, and after the return from exile was engaged in literary and social activities. In the first half of the nineteenth century most members of the genus Kostenets’ky was able to prove before Geraldo their rights to the nobility, and was later included in the Genealogy book of the nobility of Chernihiv province. Встановлено, що у зв’язку з судовою реформою гетьмана К. Розумовського представники родини Костенецьких увійшли до складу шляхетства новостворених Ніжинського і Батуринського повітів. Після ліквідації Української козацької держави вони були
включені до родовідних книг дворянства Новгород-Сіверського намісництва і посідали чільне місце у складі дворянства Конотопського повіту. У першій половині ХІХ ст. більшість представників роду Костенецьких зуміли довести перед Герольдією свої права
на дворянство, а відтак були включені до складу Родовідної книги дворянства Чернігівської губернії.
In the article the process of nobleza and integration to the environment
of the Russian nobility of representatives of petty cossack-officer
family of Коstenets’ky in the end XVIII – first half of XIX of century
